Many have asked what I recommend and take so I am just going to flat out tell you my regimine. Here is how it looks.

Proteins:

Dymatize whey: daytime
Substance WPI: Postworkout
Ultra Peptide: Nighttime

EFA's:
Sesamin: 1 cap 3x daily
Fish Oil: 1 cap 3x daily

Recovery Drink: 3x daily consisting of....

2 scoops of Xtend
5 grams of Glutaform
5 grams of Glutamine Ethyl Ester (coming soon)
500mg of CEE
100mg of acetyl L Carnitine

CEE and Acetyl L carnitine are just opened caps.

Recovery & Amino acids

N-Gorge: 4 caps 2x daily
Retain: 1 cap 3x daily

Vitamins & anti-oxidants

Anamal packs: 1 pack daily
Noxidant: 3 caps daily

Joint Support:

Elastamine: 3 caps a day
Flex Support: 6 caps a day

Testosterone:

Gamma-O: 1 capfull a night
Ultra H.O.T.Ter: 3 caps a night.

Well thats about it

That's a lot of supplements. Remember not to take all those newbies.

But they look like good selections King. I'll research some of those and check them out.

Mass Meal by Ergopharm is a pretty good one. I am not for the real heavy calorie weight gainers but more like overly packed MRPs.

Update:

Ultra H.O.T.Ter is out of the plan and so is Gamma-O. Added is Cranberry extract and Pro-Liver for 1 1/2 weeks at high dosages. From there its ANABOLIC TIME LOL
