NitroVol Protein w/ added Creatine & Glutamine for Muscle Growth and Repair Ingredients: Whey protein concentrate, maltodextrin, non-fat milk soilds, glutamine, flavours, cocoa, creatine, dextrose, glycine, taurine, artiifical sweetners Per Serve Energy - 1238.4kJ Protein - 34.85g Providing Calories - 296.3 Carb Total - 34.7 Thats basic information. Would this supplement assist in gaining weight? and with creatine, i read i have to drink even more water, is that true? thanks in advance

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 29 | With the amount of carbs coming from dextrose and malto. i would use it post workout only and yes you need to drink plenty of water while on creatine. At least a gallon.
