Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 214 | I think the best thing for you would really be getting your diet in place, your training in place, and sticking with the basics until your body is more mature and ready for a broader spectrum of supplements. Safe or not, you're going to be burning money with any supplement if you aren't eating right or training right. Post up in the nutrition and training forums so we can see what you're doing now and what kinds of things you may benefit from tweaking.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 8 | No one under the age of 21 should take any hormone altering product. I dont know too much about E-Bol but from a quick read it looks like it should not be taken. At that young of a age hormones are going crazy. ormal test bososters will proove inaffective because test levels are already so high. Messing with any type of prohormone of any nature risks throwing a 16 year old hormones out of wak. |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 8 | Sounds good and yes it claims to have no side effects but I still would not give it to a 16year old. To be honest I think it will be a waist of money on him. Stick with the basics and make sure diet is a 100%. You will see his performance or physique take off because of the natrual elevated test Im sure he has already |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 113 | enjoy ur puberty. Eat two times more than ur currently eating, squat, deadlift, row and incline. Sleep 9-10 hours/ night, and spend the money you would have spend on E-bol on taking a girl out for dinner.
