What is your diet like? How many calories are you getting daily? How much do you weigh?

Diet will be 80% of your success in the gym so once you're eating right you can blow up.

You need to eat more. Shakes are not a substitute for real food, they are meant to supplement your diet.

Lots of eggs, red meat, chicken, fish, etc. will be good for getting you protein to grow with. Since you have a fast metabolism don't forget to eat rice, pasta, and other carbs throughout the day.

first off creatine will help you gain weight, yes water weight but the water weight will contribute to heavier lifts which will contribute to muscle gain! now you have a high metabolism, so if you think your going to gain weight by eating a nice clean bodybuilding diet you can forget it, stay clean about 80% of the time say mon-fri and on the weekends you need to eat some shit food, fast food or whatever you like, and on the weekdays you need to eat some solid foods and have about 2-3 snacks in the form of the weight gainer powder (i recommend ON's pro complex gainer) between meals, keep your essential fats intake up and you will gain weight. start off slow by only have a shity eating day on say saturday, then see how that goes then if needed eat shity on saturday and sunday, train hard in the gym and do some light cardio at least 2 times a week to start with to help keep your appetite up, cardio makes me hungry as hell when i do it regularly, but you need to start out slow on the cardio since your metabolism is so high, so start with 30 min session first thing in the morning twice a week on your non lifting days.

great advice, id also recommended eating a little dirty on the weekends. i have a very fast metabolism, heck just last night i had a double bacon cheese burger, fries, and chicken fries with some nestea. take advantage of it, trust me you can get away with eating a lot of crap.

Id recommend eating some peanut butter, milk, potatoes, meat, rice/beans, bagels (great for carbs), almonds, eggs.

chris i really don't understand what your asking about creatine, your typing is kinda mixed up? creatine will force more water into your muscle, a hydrated muscle (almost super-hydrated in this instance) is a more powerfull muscle in a more anabolic enviroment, thus bigger stronger lifts, thus more muscle growth to accomodate that strength, thus a gain in overall bodyweight as long as the calories stay sufficient! creatine is a tried and true "researched" supplement, its proven time and time again to work, not many supps can lay that claim!

actually i could go on and on about the benefits of creatine like ATP production and what not but i have laid out a very basic laymen decription as i don't like to get all science geek on people when explaining something.

Hey man your gonna have to get more then 2000 cals in, especially if its mostly shakes. Peanut butters def. a good thing to snack on and just keep eating like an animal. In order to gain weight with that fast of a metabolism, you might need as much as double 2000 cals. Good luck, train hard, eat like a champ.

somewhere in the 3500 kcals region for now, then more in the future.

YOU CAN'T HAVE SOMETHING FROM NOTHING. ADDING MASS MEANS EATING MASS. YOUR BODY IS JUST REALLY GOOD AT DISSOLVING MASS TO ENERGY. YOU NEED TO EAT MORE!!!

with that said, 1 jar of PB on 5 bagels/ day... PLUS your protein shakes... then you'll get big. Also, i would deadlift and squat. Your frame sounds weak and lanky. You need to build a foundation of HEAVY weight lifting to get your CNS more efficient.
