Default I need a good review of my current stack

Right now I am not planning to gain weight; instead I want to gain lean muscle through proper diet and exercise. This being due to my statuas as a student right now who doesn't have time to eat everything in his path. Here is what I bought:

Twinlab Amino Liquid Fuel
Effervescent Glutamine
Casein Protein

I also plan to eat alot of vegetables, fruit, and meat. The Casein is reserved for mornings only and as a late night snack.

So my question is this: is this stack any good?

I forgot to mention that I am taking a multi-vitamin w/ an anti-oxidant. I thought casein is whey protein only it takes a bit longer for the body to break it down.

its not whey protein, its casein, and it is a slow burning protein.

is that what u want after your workouts? no, you want something fast, and that fast is whey protein.

casien is slow release.. its better for over night when your not eating, this way the body is consytantly getting nutrients during the longest time in the day your not eating (sleeping). Whey is fast acting and helps to throw your body in a calabotic state after your workouts, and helps to rebuild the worn down muscle tissue.

Caseinate is the solid part of milk, the reason why it's white.. Whey is the liquid that separates from casein in cheese production.. Casein turns into a gel in the gut, releasing a slower stream of aminos into the small intestine for absorbsion.. Whey is absorbed and broken down alot faster..

So I guess it is in my best interest to get an ON whey protein (my favorite is the tropical punch). What if I take the casein before I workout then the whey after; then take the casein before bed?

All of you are awesome and I thank you for helping me out.

Quick question though: Should I take the glutamine only after I workout or can I take it before and after a workout?
