I have a tip to make your maltodextrin mix better

After lifting I carry my protein and maltodextrin (or other carb I'm using at the time) in a shaker bottle.

I made a discovery.

Normally maltodextrin gets clumpy when shaked up with water and is VERY hard to drink.

HOWEVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you shake up the protein and maltodextrin powders together before adding the water, it solufies PERFECTLY. :nosthumbs

malto is so weird. It's not sweet, and it tastes like nothing :\

I prefer the flavor of dextrose

I don't really care either way. My wife laughs at me because I'll eat anything as long as I think it will help me get bigger

haha. I wish I could get a laugh out of my mother. She saw me take a jug out of the closet that said "carb-gain" on it, and she said "I better not hear a WORD about how you're not losing weight" lol. (I also get a daily speech about how if I use steroids I have to find a new place to live.)
