Should I just stick to protein or will this have better results? Is it healthy for teens to take it? What exactly does it do to the body? Does it increase muscle or what? Is it good for adding mass or just for toning? Is it considered a steroid? Any side effects? And most importantly, is it good for TEENAGERS? And then if I were to buy it, what is a fairly cheap but good brand to purchase? |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 33 | What is it? - it is a supplement that helps to increase strength, which leads you to gain mass. Is it a powder or a juice or what? - it comes in both powdered and liquid forms. i suggest the powdered. How does it differ from taking protein and what are the benefits? - protein and creatine are two completely different things. refer to #1 for benefits of creatine Should I just stick to protein or will this have better results? - your best results will be achieved by taking both creatine and protein. Is it healthy for teens to take it? - healthy and more importantly safe. What exactly does it do to the body? - causes more water and nutrients to get to your muscles, increasing strength. Does it increase muscle or what? - increased strength causes you to lift more, which helps in building muscle Is it good for adding mass or just for toning? - its good for adding mass Is it considered a steroid? - no Any side effects? - monohydrate causes bloating in some people And most importantly, is it good for TEENAGERS? - yes And then if I were to buy it, what is a fairly cheap but good brand to purchase? - cee (creatine ethyl ester) from www.***********.com and use the discount code in my sig to save some money. for everything else you need to know about creatine, please read these: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Creatine http://www.creatine-info.com/ http://www.doctorphyto.com/Library/E..._and_Facts.htm
