Default How to stack these...


Hey guys,

Ive been a member of BB.com for a year now, and was refered to this forum due to its size and support. BB.com seems to be a bunch of smart ass's making comments with little help. Since I have been reading here, this community seems to be very supportive and helpful. I commend you for this.

I have the following products and am wondering how I should stack them. Keep in mind I can always take something later and they dont all need to be thrown together. As for my history, I have been lifting for 1.5 years and gained quite a bit of muscle and some mass. I'm anal about doing the lift 100% correct, and eating consists of weighing what is more healthy in my head.... Here is what I have to stack.

A * indicates i'll be taking this either way

Bad Ass Mass

Jungle Warfare

GNC (sale) Creatine Mono

GNC Weigt Gainer (sale)

Glutamine

**GNC (sale) Whey**

**Fish Oil**

**Multi**

I also have 10 days (or so) worth of EBOL a friend gave me because he "didnt like it" (he has poor diet, and drinks often....I wonder why it didnt work....lol)

I ordered the BAM and JW a month ago, but got my diet back in order before I would take it. I wont spend money on a supplement (college kid) and not have the diet in order....thats just stupid. <-- Its like wiping before you poop, it just doesnt make sense....

My diet is 1 g/pound per day (if not more...) and nearly a gallon of water per day. I'll also be buying some olive oil and taking 1/2 tablespoons of that each day.

Thanks for all the help guys, its taken seriously and greatly appreciated.

Take the BAM 1st thing in the morning, then 12 hours later, the jungle warfare is supposed to be taken 3 times a day with meals.

creatine 5 grams pre, and post workout on workout days, and 1st thing in the morning on non workout days.. the fish, and olive oils whenever you like, just not too close after a workout, because you do not want to slow the absorbtion of your post workout shake... The whey after workout... the weightgainer whenever you want...

on the ebol 10 days is not enough for a worthwhile cycle, which will require post cycle threapy etc... probably at your age not worth it seeing that your natural test is very high..

Hey Tony, glad to see you made it over here Like I said, this site is small enough to invoke a sense of community, but large enough to get your questions answered and have some overall good activity on the boards. Glad you're liking it here so far.

Thanks DavTown, this is more the place for me. I'm more of a quiet passive person, bb.com seems to be the opposite. People here seem to be much more informed. bb seems to be rumors and hype.

Ive heard many ways of stacking these.
Some say take all the jw, then you'll be primed for the BAM after...
some say overlap after week 3?
some say take them right away together.

These are great products and i'll likely see great results either way, but is their a defined right or wrong here?

I'm doing everything I can to obsorb information. I'm trying to educate myself as much as possible to move out of this "noob" stage both physically and mentally!
