Breaking it Down!
Well, the sad truth is, most of this stuff is sugar! Yes, believe it.
If you don't want to read this blabber, skip over to the conclusion, where I summurize the article, but don't make assumptions before reading this. I am not questioning its effectivness.

Gaspari Electrolytic Delivery Matrix: 206mg

Probably too useless to do anything. 4HI is only 20% active, so you need 500mg for the full effect. Magnesium is low dosed and Oxide form as well, ALA wont do much, and nor will anything else. Almost every ingredient in there is usually dosed over the whole blend.

Gaspari Aquasol Vita-Dynamic Matrix: 284mg

So basically, here is the verdict on each blend:

Gaspari Proprietary Growth Matrix: Sugar with Creatine Gluconate
Gaspari CellDriver Energy Matrix: Some sugar with other ingredients
Gaspari Electrolytic Delivery Matrix: Some small doses of electrolytes
Gaspari Aquasol Vita-Dynamic Matrix: Some vitamin B and C

We dont need the last two. Now, for some basic math.

There is 38.8g between the Growth and Energy Matrix.
There is 31g Carbohydrates on the label.
There is probably around 200mg Sucralose.
38.8g - 31.8g = 7g

So basically, there is probably 7g between these two blends:

How to Make It
It is not hard to figure out that the amount of Creatine Gluconate and Glycerol Monostearate doesn't exceed 7g!
I would keep Glycerol Monostearate and Creatine Gluconate in a near 1:1 ratio, dosing it at 3-6g each. It should yield the same, or even better results then SizeON. Here are you possibilities:

3g GMS, 3g Creatine Gluconate
4g GMS, 4g Creatine Gluconate
5g GMS, 5g Creatine Gluconate
6g GMS, 6g Creatine Gluconate

The irony is, at 4g of each or up, you get more then the friggen blend!
If you have GlycerGROW, mix in 3-6g CG.

Keep in mind, GMS and CG are tasteless!

In Conclusion
The active ingredients are trapped in a 38.8g blend, where a little less then 31g is sugar. This points to GMS and Creatine Gluconate being responsible for pumps and volumization. Smart combo, tricky as well. Props to Bruce Kneller for covering it up so well. There is about 7g of ingredients, most is GMS/CG, and the rest is just underdosed, but people may fall for it because the blend is about 38.8g!

Max, who cares if there are carbs in there. Some of the carbs in there I suspect are the exotic variety and not just dextrose and what not.

You know carbs and some resultant insulin stimulation are really the only thing proven to increase creatine concentrations beyond what the powder itself can do. Well carbs and I think some ALA.

I get Gatorade for $1, the big bottle at Costco's, GMS and CG are $10 each putting me at $50!! Wow..
Now, just take some Cytosport and bam...
