How do you drink your green tea?

So how do you drink your green tea. Hot or cold? Sweetened or unsweetened? Lemon or without lemon? Or any other way?

I like chewing gum. I'm not sure about the benefits of green tea, but I heard it's great. Anyone got some links. I'll also google it.

I just tried something. I mixed it with sugar free raspberry wylers light(similar to crystal light) and it taste so good.

Drinking it both cold and hot are good in my opinion .. I also like it in pill form.

I am currently getting in Green Tea with Thermal Rage™, but regular Lean Green™ caps are cheap and effective.

I just drink 2 teabags per cup, 4 x per day. Sometimes I put in lemon, honey or fresh mint. I like it hot or cold.

You can also boil up a big pot of it and let it cool. Then you add lemon/fruit and honey and put it in plastic drink bottles and refrigerate. Its pretty nice iced, you could even run it through the soda stream and add splenda if you liked and have it fizzy

true .. but keep in mind you are only get in 400mg per cap, not 500mg

If I'm drinking it, I like the Tazo Green Ginger flavor. No lemon or anything, just Splenda/sugar.

Also getting a dose in the Scorch that I'm using.

Holy hardcore! That must add up $$$ wise? Shit the stuff I drink is about $3.50 for a tin of 24. I guess it's not that much but more then my tea budget..lol.

Has anyone seen any studies that suggest exact amounts per pound of body weight to effectively burn fat?

$5 NZ for a box of 50 which is $3 US. Ill go thru a box per week. Definitely worth it!!!!!

Yea pills for now. Lean green by primaforce. I'm thinking of switching to costco brand if they are cheaper though. My friend just told me that costco finally started selling them.

When i was drinking green tea however, i would put 4-5 tea bags in a litre of boiling water, and leave it to steep over night, and i'd take it with my to university cold and chug it on the way. It would taste very bitter and bruised.

One option is red tea (an african root called rooibus). You can get some good red teas that taste very good, and they don't seem to bruise and go bitter like green tea. You can leave it over night and it still tastes good in the morning. Apparantly it's better/as good for you as green tea (in some ways, i don't know about in all ways) but has no caffein. So if you rely on it for the caffein boost as well you might want to invest in some pills (caffein pills are dirt cheap).

I drink mine hot in the winter and cold in the summer. I never add anything but a squeeze of lemon.
