Talking Help me with my X-Factor Stack

Hey. Well, I'm putting together a stack right now, I am planning to run it in about 2-3 weeks. I am getting all my stuff ready. Here is what I am considering running:

X-Factor as Core
Scivation Fenotest for Sleep/Test(my test isnt the highest)
MAN Body Octane or Citrulline Malate(3g) w/Histidine(1g)+bAlanine(1g) for Recovery + Endurance
Green Bulge @ 7 caps for the first 21 days
Man Orotine / Gaspari SizeON for last 30 days
R-ALA to keep gains lean / insulin spike
GMS for Creatine and etc
GNC Megamen, Saw Palmetto, Anti-Oxidants

First, Should I run Orotine or SizeON? Why?
Secondly, Please Critique my stack :nosthumbs

I think R-ALA (or K-R-ALA) with X-factor is a good combo. Some people like pills, but I just like K-R-ALA mixed in with my protein powder. You don't need lots of it either.

I don't see any problems with the other stuff you posted.

Thanks. Just for confirmation, why do you think its a good combo?
Does K-R-ALA taste good or bad? Its also hard to measure =[
Fill me in on this stuff =]
Tell me all the other possibilities =]
I am willing to invest more money. I have almost everything ready, except body octane and R-ALA.

It may improve the way your body handles the AA among other things. The idea is to get X-factor into your muscle as a phospholipid.

No offense but if u run all of those things with xfactor how will you know if it is working?? Unless you have already tried it by itself.

I wont, but I need a body recomposition before summer, so this is my last hope.
I am planning to run this stack but with Sesamin instead of X-Factor after the summer to compare results.

Any other suggestions?

Holey money-bags batman! Now that's an expensive stack.

Dude, save yourself some money and just use Body Octane and X-Factor (plus multivitamin and r-ala). Using all this stuff at once does not promise huge results. Spread it out. Most of the benefits are going to come from X-Factor anyways so save your supps for later and let XF do its thing.

CM stack is gonna cost me 40 bucks(friends with a bulk provider..) and will run me for over 5 weeks. Octane costs 45 and runs maybe 4 weeks with worst dosages.
I think this should be a sick stack. You guys should sponsor me on some X-Factor.

Molecular reps...question:

R-ala/K-R-ala is an anti-inflammatory, that is the ONLY reason i did not add it to the list of supplements i would use if chosen to test it. So is it now ok to take with x-factor?

I know that its primary function isn't to serve as an anti inflammatory, but i think it does have anti-inf. properties. maybe they aren't strong enough to have an adverse effect on x-factor.

You need the R-ALA for ATP and glutathione. Glutathione levels are correlated with the more anabolic and "inflammatory" prostaglandins like PGF 2 alpha.

If you didn't have glutathione you wouldn't even be able to convert PGG2 to PGH2 (PGH2 is the parent molecule to PGE2, PGF 2 alpha, PGI2, etc)

Other pathways like PGE2 9 keto reductase (which forms PGF 2 alpha ) are also driven by NADH/NADPH (its a reductive process)

There is some irony here, but it makes sense to me. Your body isn't going to produce powerful and stimulating PGs in lower energy states. Maybe this explains why I always had a hard time getting sore in the days were I was always overtraining?

What is everyones opinion on running Glucophase on this stack?
Any benefits? I am really thinking about picking this up. My plan is to run the stack, and eat during maintance during the first 20 days, then going up by 500 calories.
Do you think there is gonna be a good benefit from Glucophase? If so, why?
