Default Help me create my first stack!


Well I have decided to order some supplements to aid my gains. What all do I need for an effective stack? I was thinking of Omega CET, Substance WPI, AST multi, and maybe some Xtend. What do you guys think? I have heard little about Xtend so maybe you guys can feel it in for me. Thanks Flow.

I'd say:

Multi-Vitamin
Vitamin C
ZMA
Whey Protein
Creatine Mono
Glutamine

I believe that would be a very effective first stack. You could drop the ZMA and Glutamine, but I'd reccomend keeping the Glutamine.

Multi: Cheap and effective, I use GNC MegaMen ... like I said, cheap and effective.
Vita C: Anything really, I try for 1000mg via tablets + food.
ZMA: Whatever you get should work, I make my own stack though. Magnesium - Zinc - B-Complex
Whey: ***********.com
Creatine Mono: Cheapest stuff you could find, I'd say, but quality does matter some. Make sure the company has a good na,e
Glutamine: ***********.com, get the peptides over L-Glutamine. L-Glutamine gets digested and not absorbed as much as it should.


I believe that'd be effective, correct me if I'm wrong on anything.

the only difference is an ester is attached making it more effective in smaller doses. I'm on Xtend right now along with bulk CEE and nitrocharge and i think the Xtend is def. working in the recovery department. My log is in the supplement reviews.

Thanks I just saw it before I read your post. I play on getting cee since there is supposedly less water retention and use it during my cutting cycle which is near.

Good call but it is even cheaper to simply eat like a horse. I find the most guys simply lack in the calories department. You can take all the sups you can get a hold of yet of you are not eating enough food. ..its a wash/waste of cash.

FYI you just typed in my sups - zma as I ran out last week.

Yea I am making an attempt at clean bulking and have added many pounds on and about 2% more bodyfat. I can't wait till I have some defined abs again.

I thought I would add onto this instead of create a new thread. I have decided to buy some Dymatize Xpand pills, I already have some protein. What can you guys recommend for me to get to add some size and increase vascularity? Also I already have a multi too.

I think Xpand is designed as a cell volumizer and vasodilator, if I am not mistaken. You will see slight increases in size/vascularity. Please understand that creatine products are simply meant to help along the way, they aren't some miracle supplement to help you get huge. Only proper diet,training, and rest can get you huge. I would get some EFA's too. If you have some extra cash to spend you could get some aminos/glutamine, but they are not necessary.

Of course. I no there is no miracle supplements, though my friend seen some amazing gains when he was on M1T. I have a decent diet, bulking as right now, and always plenty of rest. I have seen great gains on my split so I don't plan on changing anything for a while. Xpand is a cell volumizer. One thing I do need to do is drink more water. A lot more water. Also I have but cardio to the side while I was bulking, which I know is wrong. I plan on starting that back up. Thanks for you post.

Despite how it was marketed, M1T is NOT a supplement. I hope your friend is of age/knows what he is doing.

Oh believe me he does not or rather did not, he was way underage to be even thinking about using it. I would never take that stuff after what I have heard. He is very lucky he had no severe side effects. He still does not know how lucky he was taht he didn't develop the horrible ones that are associated with this product.

He can't possibly know if it will effect his development down the road... or if his liver/kidney/heart function are all operating correctly intill he's been checked by a doctor.

Yea that was an old shitty post of mine before I really new what I was talking about. He never did any PCT stuff at all. I doubt he would go to the doctor and check on it.
