Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 158 | It's getting out of hand brothers and sisters!!!!!! I mean it's getting absolutely frustrating. In my supplement cabinet I've got a zillion bottles, and since starting my latest log it's back to the 'popping 5 million pills every day game' (which I forgot how much I did not miss). Here is an example of the insanity. This morning I took: 1 mega trn 1 methoxy tst 1 perfect cycle 1 hawthorne berry 2 saw palmetto (i think I need it  ) 1 multi vitamin 3 flax oil caps 1 thyrogenX 2 venom special tactics 1 venom hyper drive ............................. THAT IS FREAKING INSANE. Even if I stop taking the ALR products that is still NINE pills that I consider essential. Swallowing them isn't an issue... it's getting them together out of all the bottles. I've got an army of supplements and vitamins. The vitamins are for pwo and to help with cramping or if I'm lacking anything in my diet (calcium for when i go on a no dairy kick, etc). I was thinking... what can I use to preorganize my pills??? Like put all my morning pills in little containers marked m, all my pwo caps in little containers named pwo, all my night pills marked in little containers marked n but what can I use? where can I get it? And how cheap can I get away with doing it?? I'm sure you can imagine my frustration ![]()

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 158 | What did you end up using?? I had a brainstorm but I don't know if I'll be able to find them. I have seen little tiny bathroom sized cups with lids in the past, those might possibley work. They won't be optimal for travel but would still be better than bringing a bottle with me.

| Incognito | No dude, you go to Walmart and pick up a clear flat Tackle Box made by Renegade. It has like 20 compartments that are adjustable to your liking for various capsules. It's like $8 and a life saver. We store most of our bottles in the closet along with the big jugs of protein and such and just leave the bod out on the counter. Oh, and we have a label maker that you can label each compartment for what pills are in it. Quote:

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 158 | OoOOOH! What a genius idea I never thought of that. It would definitely help organize and speed up the process. Now you've got my creative juices flowing, I think I'm going to spend some time floating around walmart today.

go back to the sporting good section by the fishing poles and you should see various sizes there to whatever you need. The "adjustable" spacers are removable plastic to allow you bigger areas for pills like multivitamins versus small pills like melatonin. I'll post a pic of ours in a bit. | |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 158 | Personally I hate when it becomes a game of pill popping. Just a multi and some EFAs each morning and night is optimal. I've done a number on myself with all this crap lol.I know you gotta be popping a lot EME, tri-lean system plus thryogenX is... hmmm 8 pills a day alone lol.

Seems good so far, I'm losing fat and keeping muscle which is a good indicator that my cortisol levels are under control. That's the real purpose of Retain, to control cortisol. I'm not sure what you would really expect to actually see from it, other than lean mass retention when cutting. - EME

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 158 | Not just cortisol control, but intramuscular cortisol control as claimed by AX. Unfortunately they claim that "most people see a 3% drop in bodyfat during pct"... ax is a great company and their products work... but that claim is.. just.... ridiculous. I figured out EXACTLY what I want/need to organize my drug habit ![]() I need those little plastic containers you put ketchup or horseradish in that have the fitting snap lids. I looked eeeeeeevvvveeeeeeeeeeerryyyyy where today.
