Headaches from Xpand?

why does it seem like lately, when i take 1 scoop of xpand before i workout, alot of times i get all this blood in my head and get a terrible headache?
or is it me megadosing bcaa?

Could be from the NO in the product. NO products have known to give some ppl headaches

Make sure you drink a lot of water before and during your workout. Improper breathing pattern during your workout can also contribute to your headache.
