A Good Multi...

I'm looking at picking up a new multivitamin. I've been using MegaMen's from GNC. As of now I'm debating between ON Opti-Men and NOW Adam. Just looking for an opinion on which would be better...and or suggestions in another direction. Thanks

I use New Chapter multis; they're a bit more expensive but they're dosed well and they have a nice blend in them.

I've also used AST's Multi which I thought was decent.

i take 1/4 doses of GNCs Megaman. Hell, half doses are even a waste. That is, I take .5 pill, 2X daily. The rest you'll just waste.

misterEZE you should try them both and decide which you personaly prefer, i have used both and i prefer ON's opti-men. have been using it now for over a year.

From now on I will only use a mutli derived from whole food sources.

No more synthetic vitamins for me.
