Glucophase XR vs. Anabolic Pump

Ive been looking at these two items....I was wondering if anyone had any success, experience or input on them? They seem to try to accomplish the same goal with different ingrediants.

Appreciate any feedback.

Well, AP did absolutely nothing for me. Some people swear by it though.
