Check this stuff out. I got a hold of some last Friday. Used it each of the three nights, and I am amazed at the difference. I haven't slept more than 6 1/2 hours a night on a regular basis for over two months now - normally, I get between 5 and 6 hours sleep during the working week, and make up for it by sleeping in late on my days off, throwing out my whole system. Always wake up feeling shitty and tired. First two nights I used this, I was in bed by midnight, and woke up both mornings at 7am. Didn't feel too bad Saturday morning; woke up Sunday morning again after around 7 hours, and felt like I'd slept 10. Woke up this morning after nearly 8 hours sleep, and felt like I'd had 20.
