For me fish oil and healthy fats help lubricate my joints

Fish oil is recommended to do the opposite. Omega 3 fatty acids are supposed to reduce joint inflammation.

I've been taking it myself for several years without any problems.

i have had fewer joint problems since I upped my dosages of EFA's. My wrists and knees used to give me trouble occasionally, since I started taking more EFA's (roughly doubled my dosage), I have had no probs at all.

Maybe you are just one of the unlucky few that don't experience those benefits.

Guess I am weird as well. I had been taking flax seed oil for numerous months and didn't notice a single benefit from it. Although that certainly doesn't mean there are no benefits from it. I just didn't notice anything. For joint and tendon problems, I take Gloucosamine.

For joint pain...you tried glucosamine/msm/condroiten?

Fish oil helps me minimally in terms of joint health and I want to try one of those three.
