This site lists fish oil supplements by brands which were tested for PCB's, Dioxins, and Mercury, also includes the type of fish the oil came from etc. Should be helpful when you brand to buy. They also have a pocketguide to help you pick the best types of sushi and fish to buy. I found it interesting.

I figured since I consume so much of it i thought it was good to look into it. for the most part i used to buy whatever was on sale and no name brands which i would recommend after looking at this.

My last purchase was at Vitamin World on their spectacular savings - 250 cap 1g at $9.99. My previous purchase was at ShopRite on their half-price sale for their natural brand with I was told is the same as this that I just picked up.

Both are supposed to be good quality and free of additives and I think mercury as well. (And are on the good portion of this list... )

Price was good to me without going too 'bargain basement' or over thinking it too much.

Now I gotta do the same for sucralose/aspartame/etc as one of those is in just about EVERYTHING out there...
