Fat burner? (searched)

I am looking for something to give me a little more energy and maybe supress some of my appetite. I have had an irregular heart beat in the past and do not want to take something that will risk my health. Are there any fat burners that are safe to take and will give me a little extra energy? I searched but could not find any specific answers as far as heart health is concerned. :laser:

If you're not looking for an extreme stimulant like AMP or StimX then I would suggest PrimaForce's Thermal Rage. It's cheap and worked great for me for appetite surpression and energy. Jkeith might be able to tell you more about the product since he's a rep for Scivation/PrimaForce. I would suggest checking with your Dr. first before taking it just to make sure it's ok to take in your situation.

I have had great luck with Thermal Rage. I get more of a natural energy buzz from it, no shakes or jittery feeling.

Something you may consider is Lipid Fx. The appetite suppression effects are amazing and the logs so far have been very positive. There aren't any stimulants so there should not be any BP issues.
