Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 299 | OK guys I've never really seriously cut before since I've always been trying to put on size instead of lose it. Bulking over the last few years has left me with a layer of fat over my bottom abs that I'm finding hard to get rid of. I want the best product out there that won't make my heart explode..lol. I'm not a big fan of ephedra so a product without would be better. Let's here what you fat loss stars have to say. :fruity: |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 51 | Here's our Fat Burning Stack DF: 3X Daily - Fat Burning Stack Avant Labs Phenogen Legal Gear LipoAssasin SF Legal Gear LipoXene EF Designer Supps Lean Extreme ( 7OH ) Syntrax Guggul 7 Keto 25 Mg Ephedrine HCL 325 mg Aspirin Plus 1.25 mg Sesathin daily. ( Kendra does not use the Lean Extreme or the 7 Keto ) You could leave out the Ephedrine HCL and the Aspirin, and it still would be a good stack.. better with them though. - EME

Recipes: 2 Rep Power: 96 | Lord EME! I would go with 1 supplement and cardio. Try a Thermogen, seem to work good for me. High protein, moderate carbs and fat and burn up some calories. Another good tip is to workout in the morning. Eat a lot pre and post workout and eat less later in the day. Tell us what you come up with. |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 51 | Haha... obviously I'm not stimulant sensitive! ![]() Did I mention I wash it all down with a cup of coffee! OK.. the LipoXene EF is ephedrine free.. but it has the caffeine and synephrine, as well as a few other non-ephedra thermos If you don't do well with stimulants at all... the LipoAssasin SF is completely stimulant free. Pick one of those, then add in the Syntrax Guggul ( pretty inexpensive ), and then either Phenogen or Sesathin . With those three, you'll be stimulating fat burning from 3 different pathways: Thermo, Thyroid ( mildly ), and PPAR-alpha antagonism I throw in the Lean Extreme because it's a low level anti-estrogen and the 7-Keto because I've found it helps with lowering cortisol and helps me shed that difficult lower ab fat ( last to go on me ) - EME Quote:

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 0 | Falcon, EME suggested Sesathin, but you might want to look into the new product from Scivation: Sesamin instead since it's capped. Supp Kings is the first one selling it. http://***************.com/product_i...roducts_id=952 I'd really like to see a log on it that's why I am suggesting you use it. ![]() |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 32 | I was gonna respond earlier, but I thought Peaked nailed it when he said proper diet & cardio... I thynk you should go as far as you can by adjusting/reducing your caloric intake & the addition of cardio fyrst and then when you plateau, add a fat burner & fondle the diet some more... He was also on point with eating a large carb meal in the beginning of the day and then tapering off your carbs as you become less active in the evening... That's a sound technique.. Good advyce Peaked... :bigthumbu But, with all the stuff in EME's stack.. all you gotta do is stand next to him & you could probably lose a pound or two... Geez!!! ![]() Peace..~G

They have 90 pills per bottle. My fat loss knowledge is like my PCT knowledge. I dont know the dosage per pill, but if the total amount is more for cheaper, I would go the Scivation route, because thats what Sesathin is, is sesamin. What good is it? Sesamin is a PPAR-alpha agonist. Whats PPAR-alpha?PPAR-alpha is the target receptor for a fatty acid-based hormone called OEA. So (simplified), PPAR-alpha stimulates the mitochondria and the peroxisomes to burn fat. The mitochondria more though, but only the peroxisome can burn very long chain fatty acids (VLCFA). Sesamin is synergistic with fish oil (all the studies I have read say 3 grams a day). Its also best to take sesamin with fats. Taken for the Avant write-up. Sesamin has a host of benefits. First it boosts hepatic (liver) and muscular mitochondria oxidation of fatty acids as well as boosting peroxisome fatty acid oxidation. Particularly episesamin is extremely potent boosting these two actions buy 2.1 hold and 5.1 hold in rats. When coupled with a diet rich in omega-3 fats (they seem to work synergistically) episesamin boosted them by 12.2 and 20.1 respectively. Now that's freaking impressive. It does this buy causing the DNA transcription of CPT (carnitine palmitoyl transferase) which is the rate limiting quantity in beta oxidation of fats in skeletal muscle and liver cells. So the gist is you burn more fat plain and simple.

I just didnt want to say semsamin is cool without explaining it. Ive been studying the mechanics of fat losss for sometime but recently started to look into PPAR-a. All I know about it is what you see there. . The little I learned came from Robboe and Loki. ![]()
