Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 203 | Ok, I'm seeing more and more BCAA made with Ethyl Esters. Is the Ethyl Ester delivery really that much better for absorption that it warrants the cost increase of BCAA to 2x the normal price? Any opinion or experiences? Is CEE also really that much better? I know it's expensive to produce EE, but that doesn't necessarily make them effective.

the CEE (and di-creatine malate) in the pyru-crex I tested seemed no different to me then the mono I take normally. Hell, I actually prefer the mono straight up then with the others. Next batch of creatine I'm testing out CEE. I'll let you know then pman.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 29 | CEE MAY have some merit but still no one has proved that it's any better or worse than regular old mono. Personally I like MCC and Di-Creatine Malates the best. As for BCAA's most "experts" find that's just pure marketing hype. There are plenty of studies and opinions from some guru's such as Layne, PA, BK, etc that regular BCAA's get plenty of absorption on their own without the EE attached.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 203 | I went ahead and bought some CEE and some BCAA with EE. I haven't been on any creatine for a couple of years.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 222 | At first I was totally in love with CEE, but after switching back to my AST micronized mono I don't think there is too much difference aside from price and taste.

I like CEE more than mono . Recently tried BCAA with esther and found no difference at all between it and regular BCAA but you know how it works what doesnt work for me might for another . Just for me BCAA with esther was wasted money. | |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 203 | Have any of you guys looked at Anabolic Pump by UspLabs? I read a bunch of studies on pubmed.com on the ingredients and I have mixed opinions. The studies are very interesting since they do talk a lot about the "insulin like" activity without the potential negatives of insulin. Basically it is supposed to shove nutrients into muscle cells and block the fat cells. The medical studies really only talk about the ingredients as a potential aid in fighting diabetes and obesity.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 222 | Based on what Mulletsoldier and the other guys from USPLabs have said, it sounds pretty badass. I think I'm gonna hold off until the logs are done so I can see what comes of them but I'm definitely intrigued by it. Powerman didn't you learn not to screw around with insulin after the whole "Myozene is making me fat" escapade? ![]()
