Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 14 | I just scored some serious supps from Epic from some contest they had (I'm one of the 2nd-Place winners). Could someone give me a quick summary of what each of these supplements is supposed to do and suggestions on taking it: 8-Beta Anabol 5-Tetra 4-Nitro Tropic In the past, I've just stuck to the basics: whey, creatine, vitamins, fat burners etc. so these are kind of "new" products for me. Any help would be greatly appreciated. |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 39 | Five Tetra is an endurance supplement - take pre-wo Nitro Tropic is a non-caffeinated pre-wo, uh take pre-wo 8 Beta - is a BCAA/beta-alanine product (looks nice imo) to take during WO

I know right, I'm at college and I have been expecting a package of cookies from my grandma ... I went to the mailroom and the guy brought out this Huge Box (the box was labeled 31lbs) and I was like is that! Anyways, I had used a sample of the 5-Tetra before a leg workout about 2 weeks ago and had some insane pumps. So lately I've been looking around for more info on it. But, I was little weary of it, because most of the logs I've seen had it used as part of a pct. Thanks for your input SpaceClown and BigRick.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 39 | Some people use it as PCT I assume because of the Cordyceps may help with liver function. The company I rep for Millennium Sport Technologies carries the most potent cordyceps sports supplement btw I know shameless pimping but I love Cordygen5 for cardio. Anyone wanting some samples btw just email samples@millenniumsport.net. Currently we are carried at bb.com but more places soon I hope.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 0 | The Aminos mix better than any other I've tried--better than Purple Wraath by far, and better than AI Excell. I mean that stuff completely dilutes! The taste of the Red-labelled Aminos mix is very, very odd. It completely and utterly masks the Amino taste(s) better than anything else I've tried, but the flavoring choice is... odd. It almost tastes as if it should be spicy/fiery hot, but it's not at all. The Pre-workout mix doesn't mix worth a darn. Crunchies all in it. Made the mistake of trying to mix it with a spoon the first time, got a chunk of the powder in my first swallow--not good! My workouts have been a lot more pleasant since starting this stack--no insane energy, but my energy level stays where's its at when I start, and I actually end up doing everything I meant to do instead of falling asleep halfway through. Good stuff, I really am impressed with Epic's goods so far! (Oh, I was a 3rd place winner, so 3 of each for me ) |

But the Epic stuff certainly helps me maintain the little bit of energy I do have ![]() For some odd reason, I can't keep the names of Epic's supps straight--the names just aren't working for me, so I now call them by the names mixable, not-mixable, and pills.
