ephedrine and yohimbine

Ive read that the sides are bad if you do both at the same time for cutting, along with caffiene of course and the benefits arent as great.

Im thinking about doing 2 weeks ephedrine + charge and 2 weeks yohimbine + charge, alternating.

Is cycling between these a good idea? Whats a good typical yohimbine dose, I bought 90 caps of 2.5mg from Primaforce I believe.

Ive been doing about 25-50 mgs every 3 days of ephedrine and about 500+ mgs total caffiene every day.

IMO that is a much better setup then combining all 3 of them and running it for 4 weeks. If I'm not mistaken side effects were reported when taken yosh and ephedra at the same time. Only thing I would change it I would run the yosh and charge for the first 2 weeks then the E/C for the next two but that's just my opinion.
