Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 0 | I've never read that it helps to increase cellular uptake. You have a link to that article? I've used creatine while taking an ephedra based burner in the past .. if you choose to use both just remember to stay well hydrated. |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 51 | I also have never read anything saying Ephedrine helps with cellular uptake. That would definitely be news. However, I have successfully used Ephedrine and Creatine together for years. I have seen NO adverse effects from using the two together. - EME

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 51 | I often find that theory, and real world effects don't always turn out to be equal. This is not to say that you shouldn't read and learn as much as you can.. but listen to practical experience from a reputable source, over someones theory of what should happen, when it really comes down to it. I've also read in several places that aspirin doesn't help the E-C stack, unless you are obese. I have definitely found that the addition of Aspirin to my E-C stack has made a huge difference in it's effectiveness as part of my competition cutting diets. Another case where my experience doesn't match the theory I've read in certain articles. I think you need to absorb what you read and apply it to your training methodologies to determine what works best for you. In my experience, what's good or what works well for one person, doesn't always apply equally to someone else. - EME

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 4 | Well creatine is supposed to hydrate your muscles and make you retain more water (ideally in your muscles). A diuretic makes you drop water that you are retaining, so theoretically a diuretic would be a bad idea while taking creatine. I don't know if ephedrine is much of a diuretic but caffeine is. |
