Ephedrine

Any opions on it? My parents aren't too up for the idea of me taking it so I'm going to stay off of it for now. Anyone know of any alternitives that work just as good?

It's not EPHEDRINE, that was EPHEDRA.

Difference, Ephedrine (or Ephedrine HCL) is lab made "Ephedra". Ephedra is a from Ma Haung root.

I never got much out of taking it anyway ... just eat a cleaner diet you are young ..

There is all kinds of things. One thing that is working great, and it is natural is Sesamin it comes from sesame seeds. I think EME likes the product, so you might ask him. I have never taken it, but it has some promise.

Hmm I think I might look into that. Yeah I guess Sholiz's mom is worried about me taking it, and my mom isn't too keen on the idea of Ephedra .. She thinks its some kind of speed lol. Which it is, it just doesn't mess with your dopeamine like Adderall or Ritalin does.

ive never realy gotten much out of ephedrine, my rents arent for it either, they dont even like me taking creatine, so i just keep them in the dark about it

,I have heard some good things about seasamin as well you should check it out.

16 man. Age doesn't matter. If I can purchase it, I can use it. If I can purchase alcohol/weed, I can use it. lol. Anyways, I sold the eph back to Sholiz and let him and his mom get in a bitch fight lol.

IMO, the best thing about ephedrine is it's appetite suppression. It doesn't seem to speed up the metabolism all that much (at least not for me). Other than that, I feel like crap when I'm taking it...

Ya I'm not a big fan of the whole racing heart thing. Yohimbine HCl works well and so does green tea. The YO will give you raging woodies too..lol but it can elevate your blood presure so if your prone to high bp stay away. And I've heard a lot of good things about seasamin as well, might try it myself. Your best bet though is hitt cardio. You'll burn more fat then BBQ night at Sizzler.
