Default Energy and Pumps

I was just wondering what the best product is for overall energy while you work out. I think I workout pretty hard, but I just want to have crazy energy so I can really destroy every fiber in my muscles.

Agreed on the coffee, also yerba mate which is stronger than green tea.. Supplement wise, the usual:

N.O.Xplode
NanoVapor
VasoCharge
SuperPump250

NOXplode was pretty good for me, a little jittery if i did 3 scoops but 2.5 was just about right.

SuperPump 205 and N.O. Xplode deliver everytime. VasoCharge was good for focus, not overly stimulated on that one.. Nano Vapor is weak, the pump and focus is good but barely any stimulation.. It tastes too chemically sweetened if you use more than 1 scoop, makes it hard to drink..

hey guys remember that this kid is just starting out.suppliments should come later IMO. coffee is the best choice for this guy, coffee +a good B vitamin blend.i feel that once you start out relying on supps you tend to blame the supp for any lack of progress. a good solid training program coupled with lots of good food and rest will bring results for quite awhile.just my opinion.

I agree with you, and even for someone who has been training for a while I think coffee does a great job. Before I got sick I was taking some yohimbine preworkout as well and I really liked it.

Simple is good, no doubt about it.

i got the coffee and b complex idea from reading bill stars book. believe me i tried many of the pre w/o products out there and they work good but every single one of the n.o."pump" related powder drinks had me puking and sh@#&ing all night, so i gave up on those.(fantastic lifting/not so fantastic recovery). i used to love me some xenadrine though!
