Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 0 | Agreed - drop the S to avoid excessive appeite supression (the EC will also supress appetite considerably). Otherwise, i'd just use the EC 30-45 minutes before training for pre-WO stimulation. Don't take it too excessively itself because it does induce insulin resistance remember. That is not tremendously ideal when taking in a surplus of calories. |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 5 | If you find you are hungry when overfeeding (I experience this sometimes) then perhaps keep the S on hand, otherwise drop it and use the EC as a pre workout supp. Personally I feel you'd be better off dropping it completely and adding something like AMP a few times a week, moderate caffeine intake and use of various nootropics and a decent ergogenic aid such as MAN CLOUT. |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 51 | I drop it during my bulking phase so my system doesn't get too used to it. I use it for long periods of time when I'm cutting, so I like to ditch it completely in the off season. There isn't necessarily anything wrong with using it while bulking, but I do recommend cycling off for periods of time. If for nothing else, it will maintain it's effectiveness for when you really want it. Your body will adapt and get used to anything if it's used constantly. - EME
