Dosing - Reps / Etc Please help me out

Hi. I am planning to buy the following:

Citrulline Malate
Glycerol
Cissus
Histidine
Beta-Alanine

For my X-Factor cycle.
Cissus for pre/post.
I have measuring scoops(like 1/4 teaspoon - 1 tablespoon) and was wondering the value of each.

I have never taken Glycerol, but I respond very well to 3 grams of CM preworkout. I love this stuff

Buy some digital scales they are cheap yet invaluable.

A scale is a must I buy the 30 dollar white one from Walmart. Works like a charm make sure its digital
