Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 9 | I know that everyone loves ON, but ever since that 50 cent price increase i think they've been going down. of course that price raise was less than the average rise in inflation, i still think it's because they're losing money due to what i've found. look at the nutrition facts. Total Fat: 1g -Saturated Fat: 0.5g Cholesterol: 30mg Total Carbohydrates: 3g -Sugars: 1g Protein: 24g Calcium: 140mg Sodium: 60mg Potassium: 220mg Enzyme Blend: 25mg since ingredient are often listed from highest to lowest, i think it's safe to assume that the same goes for the nutrition facts. well, first off is fat. what the hell? there's more fat than protein! we all know that fat is bad for postworkout, so it must be bad. and then there's cholesterol! there's more cholesterol than protein! but that's probably due to the high fat content. it says that there is 24 grams of protein, but since it has to be less than the other ingredients i'm sure it's just an "Accidental" typo and it's reallt 24mg. now yes, everyone raves about ON whey and everyone gets good gains, but i think it's just due to placebo. also, anytime you have calories postwork you're sure to gain. of course i've never tried this product, but i'm glad i haven't now that i've cracked the case on this scam ![]()
