It's basically a non stimulant precursor to T2 and tiratricol, and T3, so it's amplifying fat burning via regulating the thyroid hormones.

It should stack well with your favorite stimulant based formula... Lipo 6, ECA, ECY, whatever...

I'd start out low on the stimulant side of the stack though because dicana is also supposed to raise body temperature and oxygen consumption, so you should make sure your body can handle the stack well.

I haven't actually used it myself, so I can't speak for it's real world effectiveness.

I DO really like stacking Guggulesterones ( which also work by regulating thyroid hormones ) with stimulant based formulas.

So, on paper this looks like a good stack, if your body can handle it.

So then, actually I have a bottle of SANt3 -- I should be able to stack Dicana and SanT3, right? I mean, that would be a good stack, correct?

I don't think I would stack two Thyroid regulators together.

I'd need to do some more research on Dicana, but my first thought is that it probably isn't a good idea to take two different supplements aimed at regulating your thyroid hormones.

San T3 is a guggul supplement which also targets the thyroid.

In my experience, the best fat burning stacks are those that hit the fat burning processes from different directions.

My contest prep stack consists of

Thermo - EC + Lipoxene EF and SF, or similar
Guggul - San T3
PPAR Alpha Agonist - Sesathin, or similar

THANKS SO MUCH! You are probably right. I think I will stick to my Dicana and maybe stack it with ECA - sounds like the Dicana and T3 may be TOO much and I don't want to do my body harm so I will stay away from that.

THANKS AGAIN!

I really like Dicana. As Mike said other thyroid supps should be avoided. But other then that it can stack with just about anything.

Yea, so far so good. Its only been about 6 days but I am liking it so far. No lethargy and my body temp went up a little bit (which is always good for a female).

I wasn't overly impressed with dicana, actually. I would have needed bloodwork to definitively say it did nothing, however.

I've always been told to take more then the recommended dosage.

I don't remember you ever writing a review over at the other forum on dicana, dito? Did you and I missed it??

I have no experience with it myself. I sincerely hope it works since Trimax is all gone(worked good for me). But from MOST, not all, the reviews i've seen/heard, it's been rather disappointing. Anyone else who's had experience with it, feel free to chime in.
