Recipes: 1 Rep Power: 129  | Personal experience : Its horrible. I have 4lbs of cookies and cream (friend gave it to me, took 1 scoop for a shake not the 3-4 serving size) and it was HORRIBLE. Its thick, hard to get down (thats 1 scoop, not 3-4) and it tasted so bad. I can't get rid of the jug, no one wants it because of the taste. I think you'd be better off making your own on ***********.com or something, but thats my opinion.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 73 | i have the chocolate malt, EXTREMELY thick, even with only two scoops. in order to get one serving, 4 scoops, i devide up the scoops in my shaker bottle so it isn't as thick. the taste isn't horrible but its no muscle milk.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 39 | I thought the strawberry was decent but I prefered the banana. I like the product. Also looks at Natures Best gainer and Real Gains. These are my top 3 choices in gainers.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 3 | I have the chocolate mint and its very easy to get down as long as you are mixing it with the recomended amount of water or milk. I take two scoops after I workout with 16oz of either water, milk, or chocolate milk. I havent tried any other flavors so I cant tell you is they are any good, but its not expensive and it taste's a hell of a lot better than GNC CRAP. |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 5 | I like Cytogainer as far as taste and mixability. Keep in mind I like thick shakes though. I mix 4 scoops 6 ounces of water and mix in a shaker bottle. I like this because it is 2 good swallows and its gone. I like the Chocolate Malt, Chocolate Mint, and Rocky Road the best.
