Cutting Supplement List

Alright, started cutting. I'm looking to go from 235lb to around 205lb by December 31. Not gonna be a terribly quick cut; I want to avoid as much muscle loss and loose skin as possible. Aside from cleaning up the diet, I'm gonna be doing HIIT cardio on the bike upto five times a week for 20 minutes a time, and another three times a week in the mornings - slow stuff - again for 20 minutes. I'm looking at these supplements initially:

Multivitamin
Multimineral
Vitamin C (4-5g)
Fish Oil Cap (6; 1g per cap)
Green tea (four plus cups)
ZMA (four at bedtime)

Around September, I'll keep shit the same, but add:
Glutamine (10g)
HMB (gotta find a good brand)
Fat burner (Hydroxycut most likely - the only one that ever really worked for me)

I'm also thinking of another supplement called Triandrobol by Body Science here in Australia - I used it for the last six weeks, and the muscles look fuller and bigger; got quite a bit stronger too. It's a tribulus based supplement that obviously helps elevate test levels).

Anything else I need to consider or change?

There are many Hydroxycut alternatives that will work for you. Hydroxycut is overpriced.

Triandrobol... sounds lame, I am sure you can find a trib product for less money with same dosage. ( I am saying that based on its lame name "bol")

You can also add a stim free product in.

I'm in Australia, and the TGA don't allow us a whole lot of supplements that you guys have. I could well import stuff, but then it gets costly, and there's no guarantee that Customs will let it through regardless. With respect to Hydroxycut, yes - there are many alternatives available, but I believe I mentioned that it's the only fat burner that has ever really worked for me. I've tried a lot of them in the past, and Hydroxycuts were the only ones that made a real difference.

Triandrobol contains:
Tribulus terrestris fruit, root, whole plant - 2.5g
Red clover - 2.5g
Wild yam root and rhizome - 625mg
Guaranteed 60% Tribulus terrestris saponins
