Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 8 | Never heard it making you lose water, I thought that was part of the point it draws water into your muscle.. All I know is every time I cycle off of Creatine, doesn't matter what form of it I lose several pounds of water weight in a couple of days time. |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 38 | creatine helps your muscles absorb more water, that why people gain about 5 pounds or so when they start taking creatine the creatine is forcing more water inside your muscles like filling a ballon with water, your muscle are more round and full, and a super hydrated muscle is a stronger muscle. sorry if you were looking for some supper complicated answer with study's posted and all that, as i am a simple person and i talk in simple terms, all the scientific stuff tends to scare newbies away! LOL JOKE ![]() |
