Default Creatine question

Hey guys
I just wanted to know if there is a specific wait period before creatine can be taken, or is it good to go from the first day of hitting the gym,
and second, I know this question has been probably beaten to death already but is creatine fine with hydroxycut? I did searches but almost every answer I got was somehow swayed, first I hear that hydroxycut burns fat so yeah its ok then no because it reduces water which coincides with the effects of creatine, etc. Well, somebody here must know,
Thanks - Chris

You should take creatine with fat burners. Anything that will help you retain muscle in a caloric deficit is a good thing. There is no waiting period needed before starting creatine but since it's recommend in most circles to cycle it 6 weeks on 2 weeks off you wouldn't want to waste it's effects early on when your body is adapting to work loads and your making gains easily without it. I'd wait till about 3-4 weeks in when your ready to pick it up a notch and the added strength will come in handy.
