Default creatine on off days

i tried searching for this but didnt come up with much. i have just started taking creatine ethyl ester in addition to protein and was wondering if i should be taking it on off days as well as work out days? ive been taking it for a few days now and take it a half hour to 45 minutes before i workout and then again after. thanks guys

creatine is just as important on off days. The whole point of taking creatine is to raise your natural creatine levels higher.

No. You'll be just wasting your money. Your muscles will be super saturated with creatine anyhow, so by taking it on off days, ur just adding more creatine for you to piss out.

I take it off days myself, usually not as much as on days though.

You probably only need CEE before or after training, not both.

Also, I'd take a serving on off days to keep your muscles saturated.
