Default Creatine Monohydrate

Bought 3 lbs of it today and I'm gonna start taking it tomorrow.

It says 4 teaspoons daily so I'll keep a log with it.

I'm hoping to see some serious results with this.

As long as you are a responder you will. How many grams in a teaspoon? I've had great results using CM but I take it a little different then the herd. I find taking 10g during my workout mixed with a dex powder like Gatorade gives great results. Better then taking it pre or post IMHO and only on workout days.

You'll get plenty of arguments on it but in my experience it's most effective taken that way and at a higher dose then the 5g post load level. I also found loading to be a waste as your results will be the same over a 6 week period with or without loading.

Sure, best way to see how something works is to experiment with it yourself. First time I used Creatine I added almost 10lbs and tons of strength. One of the best non AAS muscle builders out there.

Yeah I was taking just the creatine powder shake fruit punch crap and I got some pretty good results out of that.

Gained about 8 lbs and got stronger.

So I'm pretty excited about taking CM.

Personally I like to split before and post. I normally take some upon waking up, and then lift and then take another serving afterwards.

With just straight creatine(mono or CEE) that's what i would do. Usually 5g pre and 5g post with mono and if i was using CEE it was 2g pre and 2g post.
