creatine=ance

fukcing sucks (mind my lanuage) ive seen some big gains using creatine, but ive had alota ance on one side of my face, . so im think it mite b the creatine!? ive stopped using it to see what happens?? an it seems to b going down, i might do it again to see if it cums up angain and if it does it means it the creatine.
im stuck with a probelm bigger gains with creatine!? BUT spotty face OR smaller gains but clear face! im stuck! but im leaning towards clearer face cos ance really rbings my confidence down and efects my game with teh girls!! :nosthumbs neone had this probelms ???

Your going to have 50 people come on here and say creatine doesn't cause acne but I'm sorry to say in some people (me included) it does. Try taking Vit E. One cap a day and you'll notice a big improvement in your skin in just a few weeks.

Well, I think that the unfortunate part is that each person reacts differently. I have never had any acne problems, flair ups, etc. while on creatine or creatine products, in fact, it seems like it is often the opposite.

Oh and yes, I have had acne problems in the past.

What creatine were you using?

actually i know a lot of people say it doesnt cause acne but whenever I take creatine I get more blemishes on my body. I fight that by washing my face 3 times a day and the rest of the body twice, it seems to do the trick

what is ance, and why must you spell like that? Please try to keep your use of offensive language (F and C words in your original post) to a minimum. In this case I believe they were more than a bit unneccessary.
