Default Re: Creatine

I took it for a few months when I was in the gym last year.

It works pretty well but you have to remember to drink alot of water everytime you do a cycle.

I was 16 and weighed about 140 at the time.

Creatine is a tried and tested supplement.

Highly recommended.

no need to cycle. If you are going to mention your creatine and protein use, please don't say you are "on" them. Just say you take creating and protein to supplement your diet.

Diet, by the way, is just about the only thing that matters when it comes to weight training. As long as you are pushing yourself in the gym and getting good sleep, diet is THE biggest factor. (besides genetics).

I very much liked creatine when i worked out, i took 100% whey protein after the workout and creatine before the workout. I had a actual good boost of energy during and after the workout and i noticed when i didnt take creatine before the workout i was more draggy during the workout wanting to slow down or be bored more or less. I highly recommend creatine =)
This was all last year when i was 16 also but im 17 now 340lbs 6'2'' =) i will begin using it again here once i get another gym pass use it and tell us about it although ask your parents because if you use it without thier knowledge and they find out they may think its a steriod .... its not Goodluck

Default Re: Creatine

ha ha ha.

it can.... but more of a micro sense. Like not getting tired during a set... for instance. Creatine helps me recover and train an extra rep or two/ set in the 85% plus area. It also helps me during my long training sessions to keep my repping power through all my sets.

while protein is important after training, i can't emphasize enough how must MORE anabolic carbs are than amino acids. Carbs will get you out of that negative nitrogen balance with only modest amino acids WAY faster than liberal amounts of amino acids alone. Plus, with a good energy source missing PWO, your body won't use those aminos to build, but to burn for energy. Creatine can also aid in this recovery process by increasing water transfer in the cells themselves.
