Default Creatine

I've heard that there are certain Creatine/NO supplements that are not recommended for use by those over 60. Input?

Creatine would be fine with anyone as long as you don't have any kidney problems. NO might be a little more risky due to the increase in blood flow. If your in good health with no existing conditions I can't see it being a problem though. I haven't seen any studies that concluded it was potentially dangerous.

LOL

Your username is over60 and your asking these questions?

I think that would be for peter supplements. For creatine, just get into lifting for a year and than take it. NO supplements are garbage and expensive.

I agree with DarkFalcon. If you don't have any kidney problems and you maintain an adequate level of hydration, creatine will be safe for you to use. If you don't stay hydrated enough, you'll stress your kidneys(which is clearly not what you want). Shoot for a gallon of liquid daily and you should be good to go.
