Default CM vs CEE

havent posted in awhile so i figured i'd post something up..

i've been taking creatine monohydrate on and off for years... i get great gains off of it.. i've tried no xplode and tons of others to see if its worth it but never really thought it was worth the extra money..

but with CM i definitely get a lot of bloat... i read an article recently that said you dont get it with CEE as much and it more just keeps all the water in the muscles.. any truth to this at all or just more marketing BS?

Cheers

different people react diff. to creatine monohydrate and CEE, some people say they bloat off of CEE and not monohyd. so its an individual thing and you will have to try it out and see how you react. I myself see no diff. between the two so i just stick with creatine mono.

It's my understanding from reading a lot and personal use that CEE is a lot of marketing bunk. On the otherhand, no one disputes CMs efficacy.
