So glad I never do cardio and still dial it in..

CLA is a sad case, it takes way too long to notice anything from it, too much to take at one time, and it can irritate your stomach if you take it without food.. I'd take any other fatty acid (omega 3, sesamin, TTA from Melting Point) for more of a health benefit and a better chance of leaning out..

i took it for 2 months i was losing weight i did cardio, weight training and my diet was pretty clean i didnt really notice it work or not but u dont need supplements just a waste of money just eat right and workout hard goodluck

Ultimately, not a very good cost:benefit ratio.

Stick with 500mg EGCG [from green tea]/day, sesamin + fish oil, and call it a day. TTA seems to have quite a bit of merit too, but I'd pick sesamin over it anyday.

I stack it with sesamin and fish oil and it shows me great results, its a staple.

I tried it and didn't notice anything special from it. I think it was more due to the fact my diet was in check than anything.

I tried it and kept getting massive SHARP stomaches. Don't need it, don't want it.

Others seem to like it through.
