cissus and sesathin question

recently got some bulk cissus powder and some sesathin in a pump bottle from NP. any know the proper dosing? im 6'1 and 215 ill be using the cissus during a pp/zol stack and add the sesathin in during pct. any experienced advive out there?

You can dose the sesathin at 1 pump 3x daily. I'm not sure how you would dose the cissus since they don't give the % ketosterones on the product description.
