Default CEE is so Acidic!!!

It's brutal on my stomach and severly aggrivates my acid reflux. I have a whole kilo tub that I'm ready to throw out unless I can find a better way to take it. I was thinking of taking a tums at the same time to neautralize the acid. It shouldn't reduce the effectiveness of the CEE should it? Any other ideas you guys can suggest? :mask:

I hear you.

CEE + Basic Cuts = stomach aches

That and whenever you throw up in your mouth a little while doing rows, you need some milk cause it's like eating extra hot hot sause.

Ahh man I hear you! I usually take my CEE during my workouts and the burp ups feel like I'm drinking battery acid. I don't think I'll ever buy it again. I got better gains from V12 and V2 and 1/100 of the stomach upset. Damn you CEE!

Not sure what to tell you Dark. Never really bothered me. Tums does sound like a good idea.

How much water do you take it with? Ever considered capping it (may help a little)?

Not scientific by any means but hey......I'm not a scientist!

I guess it's not for everyone. CEE is pretty bad though.

Ya capping is a good idea but the quantity you need to do is just too time consuming to be honest. It wouldn't be a problem normally. I can handle the taste etc..but I have a sensitive stomach now and this stuff kills it. I usually take it with Gatorade Powder and 16 ounces of water then drink additional water during the workout. I might shoot it down instead, take the Tums and just go with water the whole session. I would use milk but that tends to make you sick in intense lifting.

I understand the capping thing. That's why I don't do it. Shooting it is the easiest way for me to do it. Just chase it with a glass of water.

Last week I made the mistake of using milk with my preworkout shake. NOT a good idea. Me and Mr. Toilet were good friends later on.

How about you utilize the creatine concoction listed in ALR's "Building the Perfect Beast"?
That uses a buffer. Easy enough.
