Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 299 | It's brutal on my stomach and severly aggrivates my acid reflux. I have a whole kilo tub that I'm ready to throw out unless I can find a better way to take it. I was thinking of taking a tums at the same time to neautralize the acid. It shouldn't reduce the effectiveness of the CEE should it? Any other ideas you guys can suggest? :mask: |

| Pro Stature | Not sure what to tell you Dark. Never really bothered me. Tums does sound like a good idea. How much water do you take it with? Ever considered capping it (may help a little)? http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...&highlight=cee Not scientific by any means but hey......I'm not a scientist! |

Last week I made the mistake of using milk with my preworkout shake. NOT a good idea. Me and Mr. Toilet were good friends later on. | |

| IronMass Sponsor | How about you utilize the creatine concoction listed in ALR's "Building the Perfect Beast"? That uses a buffer. Easy enough.
