I have been using Creatine Ethyl Ester (and the other hybrids) mostly Dymatizes Xpand (and some others) on and off for about a year. I can tell you I get a noticeble pump and some strength gains. Pump is from the NO2 (arginine) precurser in it (who cares).

I was told by a supplement guru that Monohydrate 3-4 teaspoons a day is best for strength. So I switched back to straight up Monohydrate and have seen a much greater increase in strength. Plus the bulk monhydrate creatine is much cheaper. I dont think these creatine hybrids are worth the money. Anyone else?

For users of CEE products, the majority have reported better strength gains, reduced soreness as well as no bloating with CEE.

(a) You can buy bulk CEE just like you would the monohydrate
(b) Since they are two different delivery mechanisms, it is very possible that you are respondidng better to one over the other

I'm in love with my Kre-Alkalyn... If I ever used excess Monohydrate... I'd get nothyng but diarrhea & stomach cramps... Definitely hasn't been an issue since I been using Kre-Alk..

while for a lot of people, this is true, I never responded well to mono and had essentially given up on it until coming across newer versions of creatine that actually worked with me. MAN Clout and Dymatize Xpand were great, as well as MAN Orotine. I love the recovery, the strength and the eneregy.
