Default Build my stack!

Got a bottle of Venom 3.0, Melting Point, Basic Cuts, and Yhombine HCL ... was thinking

Good way to stack? I'm not really sure, I was going to go Melting Point 3/day 60 days with Venom 2 day till it's gone, following with Basic Cuts around day 15 and the Yhombine HCL from beginning till it's gone.

Tons of green tea, cardio first thing in the morning, diet will be in check (that's not a worry), with maybe a little training (since my back is starting to get kinda screwy). I'm sitting around 192-195 16-18% bodyfat.

Stack indeed...thats like 12 pills a day. Have you ever used any of it before/do you know how you respond to those ingredients at those doses?

Nope but will be doing feelers for the first few days to see how I respond, if it's well, then go at full doseage.

And that ain't shit

Yep ... food and diet is on spot, cardio will be done on empty stomach 45 mins low intensity ... that's all taken care of. I need to know the best way to stack these up.

Doing cardio on a empty stomach doesn't make much of a difference than with fed state.

I'd do something like the following:

Melting Point - 3 caps per day (1-1-1 dosage)
Venom 3.0 - 1 serving per day (AM)
Basic Cuts - 1 serving per day (PM)
YHCL - Use after the others are gone, heh.

It sure has made a difference for me. The first week I did fasted cardio in the morning I lost noticeable fat in my legs and some stubborn areas. Something that the previous 4 weeks of night time cardio didn't give me.

Nothing against morning cardio, just you don't have to do it in the hungry state.

my plan is, when I get some more BCAA, to pop a few of them, and hit 30 mins of moderate intensity morning cardio, then eat my breakfast and be starving all damn day.

Usually I'm not awake enough to realize anything other than "floor is moving, move feet" ...

LOL

That's the same reason Dave Tate likes morning cardio.
