Best Pre Competition Supplements?..

Pre Competition Supplements?..

I have a bottle of 1-Ad and was wondering what else to get to take with it?

From personal experience what did you find to be a Great Pre competition Supplement. I am currently looking at Shreded or Tight by San Nutrition.

I am at about 8-10% BF and weigh 175LBS. This is my 3rd competition and I have 13 weeks left before I step out into the spotlight again.

Any opinions?

1ad+4ad was always a popular one to run. You could cycle albuterol 2/2 all the way up till your show and probably hang onto muscle a bit better that way as well.
