Default Best muscle gaining supplement?!?

I know I'll get responses like food and protein or your multi. But I haven't been looking into supplements for a while. What is the best supplements out there now for gaining muscle? The only supplement I have tried is Cre-Ethyl Thunder and was quite satisfied. What else is safe for an 18 year old to take?

I'm taking NO-Explode and XTend right now and I'm pretty happy with the two so far.

Honestly, supplements really don't get you building a whole lot of muscle mass. I would say staying to the basics such as CEE would be the best for gaining muscle. As long as your diet is good and you're eating enough food, you'll be fine gaining muscle. Supplement with supplements...

between no-xplode, cissus and LX(keepin lean and working) i have gained roughly 6lbs and not seeing any fat deposits in the gut.

of course i add in my clenbutrx everyother day ...hah

very pleased. but still deciding if i like retain or lx better....i felt more leaned out on the retain/uhotter combo from pct.

CEE is great, but I'd say to try size-on by Gaspari Nutrition, I've had great success with it, and i've known people who have as well. Good luck man.

Most supplements are a waste of money, spend it on good clean food. But if you must spend it protein, creatine, and glutimine is a good basic stack.

true.
I would say supplements improve overall performance by 5-15% maybe - excluding AAS of coarse or AAS using athlete - proper nutrition food (real food) good night sleep is all most need. supplements are convienent. Its seems if ppl kinew how to train properly they would save cash on supps.

A few here like NO EXPLODE but it has caffeine do you want/need that at 18 . Dont take anything with caffeine , BCAA is good I recently tried it and think its very good . I think you will like it pre workout . Its given me a 'boost" . L-tyrosine I like also have taken that for couple yrs again only pre workout . Dont take caffeine you will wind up like those wackos on "The real world" . I am 18 also - 18 plus 14 - lol.

Well ,you get to a sticking point that supplements do help you over . Not to mention energy, etc. You know this.
