Recipes: 1 Rep Power: 50 | I'm in the middle of convincing my parents that creatine is ok, and in order to strengthen my argument I want to break down each ingredient of whatever creatine I get, and tell them what that ingredient does. Only problem: I don't know which one to get. I've been recommended Nitro Evolution and Cre-Ethyl Thunder, both by Omega Sports, and out of the two Cre-Ethyl Thunder seems to be the most powerful. Basically, all I want is a creatine to use for no more than 2 months just so that I can get my pumps up to where I should be, and go natural from there (I weight 175, just lost 60 pounds and do really low weight for my size). Basically, I just want the creatine that'll give me the most size and strength gains that will dissapear the least after the two months is over. What do you guys think of the two I mentioned? Thanks, guys. |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 52 | you cant go wrong with mono. Its cheap and effective. I havent personally tried thunder yet, but i will as soon as it arrives at my doorstep. Exactly like succio said... tell them to try and find a death by creatine article.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 0 | Of course you could use the best argument for supplementation of creatine - It's already a naturally occurring substance in your body and you can increase your levels simply by eating more red meat. I'm a parent, and I'm still amazed that even supposedly knowledgeable people accuse my 18 year old son of using "that steroid creatine". :lol3: You will be natural no matter how much creatine you take or how long you take it for. Again, IT'S ALREADY IN THERE, you're just supplementing to peak your levels that's all. If your parents don't want you to take it out of a bottle, just have them buy more steak. I won't type a long article on Creatine and it's properties, but I would challenge your parents to try to find one instance of harm to a person from creatine supplementation. Most people simply take too much (as your creatine levels dip very slowly once they're up) and the extra is simply and literally pissed away. I have seen no studies of kidney damage or anything else from creatine intake. Done deal. Good luck! GG

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 52 | I cant stand being accused of "not natural" because of creatine supplimentation. People are just afraid of the "unknown" thats all.. they dont know about it, dont wanna learn about it, so its bad in their opinion

| FDU Devils Weightlifter | creatine is hardly in the 'unknown' category! and I knew a guy who had an allergic reaction to a creatine powder, but it was a pre-mixed one, so it was more then likely something in that then the creatine itself.

| Pro Stature | Start with mono. For some people there is no real benefit of using CEE, while others like myself found CEE to be better. Thunder is really good stuff though. Used it once before and loved it. I started with mono and still swear by it. The stuff works is about as safe as you can get in the supplement industry. Like anything though, read up on it. Having a mother for a nurse I had to present a convincing arguement.....I won.

Kids behind me in bio class were talking about their buddy taking creatine and saying how it's a steroid. They were also confused on how to properly pronounce it and kept saying "carnitine"
