Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 9 | Uniliver will not yield the same results as BCAA. Uniliver is dehydrated, concentrated beef liver, which most people have a hard time digest (I sure did) and get diarrhea and gas from it. If you are going to go with BCAA you should opt for a powder because for the amount you are going to need to take you will have to swallow a TON of pills and powders are cheaper than pills. As be warned the BCAA powder taste like CRAP, hence why most people, including myself, recommend Scivation's Xtend. Most people prefer the watermelon over the grape, but I like to drink the grape during my workout.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 75 | i got two 1 kilo watermelons comin my way, im excited. deff. go powder and not pills. for a beginner i would buy the pre flavored ones like Xtend just so you dont need to find a supplier for the bulk powder and add in all your own flavoring. after an Xtend or two and you think youre getting results from it i would buy a bulk powder. also a container of gatorade or kool aid powder and just pour the whole thing into the BCAA which would help out with the flavor, obviously.
